has today announced the launch of its mobile application. The mobile

for free from the Google Play Store.

highlight of this new app is if there is no internet or if the
internet is not working temporarily, you can still book a cab for
yourself or others. Just click SEND when the app prompts "Not
connected to the Internet, Use SMS to book a cab?" You will
receive booking details and confirmation over SMS. You can book a cab
for your friends, family members, with different phone numbers, using
the same app.

hours uses the GPS/GPRS enabled real time tracking technology in all

customer makes a call for booking a cab
the contact centre executive asks for a pick-up point and the
destination which is passed to the taxi dispatch system (TDS). The
TDS instantly locates nearby taxis, sends trip information and on
approval from the taxi drivers sends confirmation note to the
customers.
